Provenance and Comments: | These items were in a crate at the Jeu de Paume in 1942. The annotations on the ERR inventory are confusing. There are handwritten notes that break down the items as a - c and a -b. Presumably, one of the chairs went missing and there was only one armchair. There was a shipment to Seissenegg on 18 November 1943. The shipped items were eventually repatriated from Buxheim on 28 December 1945. |
