| Provenance and Comments: | This item was in a crate supplied by the Schenker company and stored at the German Embassy in Paris in the summer of 1940. According to the French Ministry of Culture, this picture is identical to MNR 10. However, MNR 10 has an apparently clear provenance extending from Mrs. Dorr to Louis Carré Gallery where Walther Andreas Hofer buys the painting in 1941.
