| Provenance and Comments: | Tausch 11. Tausch 12. Sent by Rochlitz for Goering to Klein, Paris, to J. Rosner, Paris, and to Dr. Wendland. On December 3, 1941 the art dealer Gustav Rochlitz exchanged four ‘degenerate’ paintings by Matisse for a painting by Jan Brueghel I, titled “The Port of Antwerp”. All four Matisse paintings belonged to Paul Rosenberg. This painting can now be found at the Art Institute of Chicago | ||||
