| Provenance and Comments: | The placement of this painting in a PHOTOS crate appears to be an error, but, for lack of any additional information to confirm or infirm this designation, we prefer to indicate it as such, based on the Jeu de Paume crate inventory. This object was in Room 56 at Nikolsburg, if it is assumed that it was in crate MA-B 91. However, according to the MCCP card, this object was in a different crate. Hence, there was repacking of objects at Kogl. Removed from its crate at Kogl to be photographed on 19 February 1945. | ||||||||||||
